	Elizabeth McKee Executive Director Phone: (704) 688-2888, Ext. 1 Email: emckee@leadershipcharlotte.org Additional Information: Elizabeth is the former Director of Leadership Initiatives at McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. She not only helped create the curriculum for MBA and undergraduate students, she developed an international leadership experience in Chile with Vertical, S.A. A native of Lumberton, NC, Elizabeth received a B.A. from Elon University and an M.A. from Appalachian State University. She has worked in education-based non-profits for the past 11 years.

	Donna Forbes Program Director Phone: (704) 688-2888, Ext. 3 Email: dforbes@leadershipcharlotte.org Additional Information: Donna joined Leadership Charlotte in November 2011 after working in marketing with several creative firms in the Southeast. She combines her passion for helping people achieve their greatest professional potential with the desire to serve our community. Donna graduated with a B.A. in Business Communication from North Carolina State University.
	Jenni Hischke Administrative Coordinator Phone: (704) 688-2888, Ext. 3 Email: jhischke@leadershipcharlotte.org Additional Information: Jenni relocated from Michigan to Charlotte and joined Leadership Charlotte in September 2008. She has worked in accounting since 2001 and in 2007 graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Social Work. Jenni uses both her accounting and interpersonal skills in her work at Leadership Charlotte, and enjoys volunteering in the community.
