Every year Leadership Charlotte honors Charlotte's stars: those people who make our community a better place to live. A legacy is a gift left behind meant to nurture what remains. Leadership Charlotte hopes to leave a community leadership legacy through our alumni from the past 28 years. Additionally, the stellar work of our honorees signifies legacies that will make Charlotte shine for years to come.
