Elizabeth is the former Director of Leadership Initiatives at McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. She not only helped create the curriculum for MBA and undergraduate students, she developed an international leadership experience in Chile with Vertical, S.A. A native of Lumberton, NC, Elizabeth received a bachelor’s of arts degree Elon University and a master’s degree from Appalachian State University. She has worked in education-based non-profits for the past 9 years.
